Payment related questions

My payment has failed. But money is deducted from account.

Please dont worry at all in such cases. We understand that this might happen occasionally with the banks.

Just be assured that We are with you and will do our best. Please write to support@acharyapanchakarma.com and send us the following details

1. Order number and phone number

2. Screenshot of the UPI payment or bank statement with the transaction number

We will get back to you within 48 hours with a resolution

My bank/card is not listed in the payment options

Kindly let us know which option is not available for you. We will try to integrate it as soon as possible.

Meanwhile We request you to use the UPI option for the payments. If you dont use UPI, kindly choose COD

I want to change from COD to prepaid option

There will be a reduction of Rs.50 if you convert COD to prepaid option
